2、In-sale service commitment
1).Adopt national unified Industrial Commodities Sales Contract, and sign the contract and technical agreement with your company.
2).Abide the regulation of contract law, and ensure the successful performance of the contract and technical agreement.

3、After-sale time-limited service commitment
1).Provide the relative technical training service and technical information as required by the customers.
2).Guarantee for returns within one month and repair within three years (at no cost to you ), and lifetime maintenance, if any quality problem are found. Observe the contract if have signed the contract.
3).Guarantee for telephone guidance within 15 minutes and assist to eliminate of simple equipment errors by yourself.
4).For the equipment below the weight of 10 kg, we guarantee for troubleshooting or provide new equipment for you temporary using within two days, until fix of it.
5).For the equipment above the weight of 10 kg, we guarantee for troubleshooting or provide new equipment for you temporary using within three days, until fix it.
6).For your purchased equipment form our company, we guarantee for three years’ maintenance-free, lifetime maintenance,long-term supplied spare parts and components, and free software updating.
