China's electric power system implement two-part tariff: Beside charge by measured charge meter, but also charge the basic tariff according to transformer capacity. For big users, who put into transformer operation, it needs to pay a one-time capacity fee. While with the development of power industry, electricity consumption is increasing, the owned transformer and private contractors have gradually occupied a considerable share, and as follows, in order to pay less, use more, it takes lots of fraudulent means (mainly to change, alter transformer nameplate). Some users steal electricity charge reach to hundreds of thousands, the power sector have suffered no effective means to control yet. 

NRRL-H Transformer Capacity and Load Load Tester is developed by Wuhan NANR Electrical specifically for resolving the problem, it’s a high precision instruments developed specifically for transformer capacity and loss parameter measurements. It comes with a high-performance rechargeable battery, can work without external power supply, the charging time can be measured hundreds times continuously; Meanwhile, the internal digital combined as three-phase standard sine wave signal (not simple inverter AC output, which ensure the accuracy of each tested project data under the non-rated conditions ), the power amplifier can provide precise phase AC testing source; and measure transformer capacity and transformers three-phase short-circuit loss tests without external power source, voltage regulator, voltage booster and other auxiliary equipment, simplifying wiring, improved work efficiency greatly; the accuracy of capacity testing results up to 100%. It can be used as two kinds of devices: Active transformer capacity tester + transformer loss parameter tester. It can measure the  transformer capacity, load current, load loss, short-circuit loss, impedance voltage and a series of parameters for precision frequency measurements. The NRRL-H Transformer Capacity and Load Load Tester has a small size, light weight, high measuring accuracy, good stability, easy to operate etc., which completely replace the conventional method of using multi-table transformer losses and capacity measurement method, simple to connect the wires, test and record, and have greatly improved work efficiency. The Characteristics of the products

1. In the process of measurement, mustn’t touch the metal parts of testing wire to avoid being electrical injury.
2. Measuring he wires, must in strict accordance with the manual operation, or there'll be some consequences
3. Be sure to careful check the setting parameter is correctly before testing parameters set correctly.
4. It’s best to use a grounded outlet.
5. Do not operate in the limited voltage and current.
6. When doing the short circuit test, the non-pressurized side must be well short connected, or it will affect the test results.
7. When doing the short circuit test, if high or medium voltage side were installed a ring current transformer, the current transformer secondary must be shorted before testing 
8. Testing on wire connecting, must make sure the tested circuit is grounding, to prevent induced voltage electric shock. All the short circuit, grounding and wire should have sufficient cross-section, and must be firmly connected. Test organization working should be tight, smooth communication, in order to ensure the smooth progress of testing work safety.
